Satilla to crest today at 18 feet

The Satilla River continued to rise over the weekend to about 17 feet — 4 feet over flood stage — Monday morning but was expected to crest at 18.1 Monday before beginning to fall, reaching about 15 feet by Saturday, only 2 feet over flood stage.
