Bank robbed at gunpoint in Adel

Adel police are on the lookout for two men who robbed a bank at gunpoint Thursday, stole a bank customer’s vehicle and escaped, according to authorities.

The burglary at the Trust Bank, at 607 W. 4th Street, took place just before 4 p.m., said Sgt. Jon Blake, chief investigator for the Adel Police Department.
